8oz Self-raising flour
4oz Margarine
4oz Sugar
2 Bramley Apples
Rind of Lemon
1 Medium Size Egg

Peel and chop apples
Grate rind of lemon
Mix flour and margarine to breadcrumbs
Stir in sugar, lemon rind, apples and egg
Put into well greased tin
Cook on 375F or 150C for 35 minutes
